Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw MHK
The Social Care Minister is to look closer at household incomes on the Isle of Man.
Chris Robertshaw says he doesn't agree with the UK's definition of fuel poverty, where people are considered to be in fuel poverty when they spend more than 10% of their household income on heating.
It follows questions about the level of fuel poverty on the Island in the House of Keys recently.
Mr Robertshaw believes the UK's definition is too narrow, and that we must learn more about incomes on the Island [play clip]
