Ratepayers in Douglas won't be facing an increase in the amount they pay over the next year.
The levy was set at a council meeting at the Town Hall this morning.
The rate will remain at 387 pence in the pound.
Ahead of the meeting, Council Leader David Christian said the fiscal strategy has been determined by global economic uncertainty, government cuts and rising fuel and energy costs.
