Chief Minister warns Isle of Man must change

The Chief Minister is warning that the Isle of Man risks ruining its achievements over the past twenty five years.
Allan Bell says the Island must embrace change and not dwell on past success as it continues to face economic challenges.
Mr Bell was speaking at the annual Manx State of the Nation Conference today.
He's calling for the Manx business community to help deliver economic growth and a sustainable future for the Island.
