Civil servants accept pension changes

Civil Servants have voted in favour of changes to their pension.
Workers have accepted the Government Unified Pension Scheme, which will take effect from, the start of April.
The new scheme unifies the fifteen current public service schemes into a single final salary scheme.
The Government says this makes pensions simpler and more affordable
