Miliband issues tax warning to Isle of Man

Labour leader Ed Miliband is calling for the Isle of Man to reveal the identities of British citizens with money in the Island.
The Guardian says the UK politician will call for the British Government to begin negotiating with the Manx Government, and leaders in Jersey and Guernsey.
Mr Miliband wants the UK Government to threaten to have the Isle of Man placed on the OECD's blacklist if it doesn't co-operate.
