School registration reminder for parents

There's a reminder for parents whose children are due to start school this year.
Mums and dads are told they need to register youngsters with the schools they'll be attending.
The Department of Education says reception classes take in children who turn five years old within the academic year.
Registering now helps schools with planning and staff allocation.
