Cav crowned Sports Personality of the Year

Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish is the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year.
The Tour de France green jersey winner and world champion topped the poll at last night's event.
It was the third time he's been shortlisted for the award.
British Open golf champion Darren Clarke came second, with world champion athlete Mo Farah third.
Chief Minister Allan Bell is offering his congratulations to Cav.
