Police urge domestic violence victims to come forward

The Isle of Man police are urging the victims of domestic violence not to suffer in silence this Christmas.
Officers say the strain on families around the festive period emotionally and financially can escalate into domestic abuse.
It's understood just 35% of domestic violence incidents are reported to the police.
Victims of such crimes are urged to contact Police Headquarters on 63 12 12
