650 properties affected by Ramsey power cut

Around 650 properties in Ramsey were left without power for around an hour and a half this morning.
The Manx Electricity Authority say a high voltage component in the area failed, leaving homes in Central Ramsey and Glen Auldyn without electric.
All available resources were sent to the scene of the fault at 9.25am, and the problem was fixed by 11.00am.
The MEA is thanking those affected for their patience whilst repairs were carried out.
