Minister blames previous Government for rent increase

The Social Care Minister says the last Government is partly to blame for the 10% rise in public sector housing rents.
Chris Robertshaw says the above inflation increase is down to the previous administration not addressing finance.
Mr Robertshaw was asked about the increase in this month's sitting of Tynwald
