Small rise in air passengers, but tough times ahead

Comparison of passenger figures in 2010 and 2011
Just over 500 extra passengers travelled through the Isle of Man Airport last month.
There was an increase of 0.93% compared to the same month last year.
However, Airport bosses say a fall is expected over the coming months, as operators reduce the frequency of flights for the winter.
Flybe's Bristol route nearly doubled its passengers numbers, whilst Liverpool and London City also saw strong growth.
There were big falls for Luton, Jersey and Guernsey and Dublin.
