Benches dragged onto school field

Police are investigating after two wooden benches were left on a school field in Castletown.

It's believed the benches were stolen and dragged to Victoria Road School.

The seats were found on Monday morning.

They're said to be well weathered with arms and high backs.

Officers are appealing for the owners to come forward so the benches can be returned.

Anyone who knows who the benches belong to is asked to contact Port Erin Police Station
