The 19.45 Douglas to Heysham and the return at 02.15 are affected.
Winds of around 40kts are forecast at the UK port.
The Ben my Chree has been cancelled seven times in the last ten days.
Bad weather and the ferry's problems manoeuvring with a broken bow thruster have been to blame.
