Witness appeal after carpet illegally dumped in skip

Police are investigating after a red carpet was dumped in a skip on Loch Promenade.
The item was illegally tipped between 7.15 and 7.30 on Saturday morning.
Those responsible were seen driving a large white van at the time.
Officers are keen to speak to those responsible or anyone who saw the carpet being left.
