Robin Turton and John Quay win Onchan Commissioners election

There are two new faces on the Board of Onchan Commissioners.

They are chartered accountant John Quay and Port Security Officer Robin Turton.

Mr Quay was elected with 687 votes and Mr Turton received 583.

1,341 people turned out to cast their ballot - that's a turn-out of 19%.

The new members will serve until April next year.

Of the other candidates, Rob Callister got 384 votes, Kathryn Williams 373, and James Corrin 322.
