Water Authority accounts show £4.6m surplus

The Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority had a surplus of £4.6m during the last financial year.
The annual accounts fro 2010/2011 have been published.
In the year 2000, the Authority borrowed £75 million pounds but hasn't had financial support from the Treasury since then
The board says it's committed to repaying the bond and aims to have this done by 2030.
