Committee investigating MEA loan scandal will continue its work

An MHK has been unsuccessful in a bid to scrap the Tynwald committee set up to look into the MEA loan scandal.
Member for Malew and Santon Graham Cregeen brought a motion to yesterday's sitting asking politicians to agree that the committee shouldn't sit further and that any evidence should be published.
Members voted against it.
The committee was formed in 2004 to look into the unauthorised borrowing of £120m.
