Moves to fix water rates anomaly

Moves are being made to fix an anomaly whereby people who own properties that don't have a water supply still get charged water rates.
A Council of Ministers working group reported last year that the current system was unfair and recommended the problem should be fixed.
Former Chairman of the Water Authority Tim Crookall told the House of Keys that legislation is now being amended.
