Minister expects progress on Lord Street hotel development

Progress is said to be being made on plans to develop the old bus station site in Douglas.
A £70m hotel complex is due to be built on the land.
Askett Hawk Developments was given a lease on the site in Lord Street in 2008, but no work has started yet.
Minister for Infrastructure David Cretney expects an agreement to be signed off soon.[play media file below]
