A Manx ship has become the first vessel to call into a Japanese port since the tsunami earlier this year.

MV Emily Manx arrived at Ishinomaki in September to deliver coal.

The port, on the north eastern shore of Honshu was devastated in the tsunami and earthquake in March.

The coal is being used to generate power to make paper for books.
