Retiring Chief Minister leaves Island in a strong position, says Christian

The President of Tynwald has paid tribute to the former Chief Minister.
Tony Brown has retired from politics, after 30 years as a Tynwald member.
He was elected as MHK for Castletown in 1981, and served as Chief Minister over the last five years, until Allan Bell's election last week.
Clare Christian spoke ahead of this month's Tynwald sitting.
She says the Island's strong position is down to Mr Brown's work [play clip]
