Difficult years ahead warns new Chief Minister

The Chief Minister says there will be difficult years ahead when it comes to maintaining economic growth and re-balancing government budgets.
It's Allan Bell's first full sitting of Tynwald tomorrow as Cheif Minister.
Mr Bell says the economy and managing the public purse will be the biggest challenges over the next few years.
And he says the current global economy isn't helping.[take cut]
