Nomination deadline nears for Commissioner election

The by-election will find a replacement for Leonard Singer (pictured) who now serves in the House of Keys
Nominations to fill the vacant seat on Ramsey Town Commissioners close today.
Those hoping to sit on the board have until 5.00pm to submit their documents.
The by-election has been called after serving Commissioner Leonard Singer was elected to the House of Keys.
After the nominations close, there is a period of three days for objections to be made.
The poll will then take place on November 10th.
