New Chief Minister warns difficult decisions will have to be made

The new Chief Minister says it's going to be a real challenge to re-balance government budgets over the next couple of years.

Allan Bell has been talking about his priorities following his election to the top political job this morning.

The massive drop in the amount of money the Island earns from the VAT sharing agreement was a hot topic at election time.

Mr Bell says good progress has been made recently to re-balance the books.

However, he thinks it will get harder. [take cut]
