Man charged after serious assault

A man's been charged after an assault in Castletown that's left a man seriously injured.
42 year old Robert Quinney from Malew Street suffered a serious head injury.
It happened on Wednesday evening near to the victim's home.
A 30 year old man faces a charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and will appear in court tomorrow morning.
A 35 year old who was arrested and questioned yesterday has been released without any further action.
