Regeneration to help boost retail sector

Nelson Street after regeneration work
It's hoped two regeneration projects nearing completion will support local retailers, and bring life back to the Island's retail areas.
The work at The Lanes in Ramsey and on Nelson Street in Douglas has received funding as part of the £8million Town and Village Regeneration Scheme.
The aim of the investments is to boost local economies.
68 projects have applied for funding from the scheme, with several large projects said to be in the pipeline
