Mr Singer departure leaves an empty seat on the board of Ramsey Commissioners
Someone is needed to fill the vacant seat on the board of Ramsey Commissioners.
It comes after Leonard Singer was voted back in to the House of Keys.
The election is being held on 10th November and nominations need to be in by 17th October.
