School bus hits bridge in Laxey

Police are investigating after a school bus crashed into a bridge in Laxey this morning.
Pupils and the driver on the number 44 bus were all uninjured in the incident at Church Hill.
The bus was damaged but no glass was broken.
The students were placed on the next service 3 to Douglas.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says it's co-operating with the police enquiries, and that it will also be looking into the matter internally.
