Tax expert to speak about tax system changes

The former Income Tax assessor for the Isle of Man will look at how fair the current tax system is.
Mark Solly will be the guest speaker at a Positive Action Group meeting next week.
Mr Solly believes the Island is moving towards a two-tier system which favours the well off.
The meeting will look at how the changes affect the public and whether they are fair.
The meeting takes place in the Manx Legion Club from 7.30 on Monday evening.
