The review shows many think school leavers need more than GCSEs to prepare for work
Over 60% don't believe school prepares the Island's students for the work place.
A consultation by the Department of Education and Children has found that the majority don't think the education system readies children for the world of work.
The study also showed support for more vocational qualifications being offered to 14 to 16 year olds.
Recent trends suggest employers are taking on fewer 16 year old school leavers.
