Two primary school headteachers are to swap roles after the October half term
Riss Forrester of Scoill Phurt le Moirrey will switch roles with Sue Mowle from Manor Park.
The change is down to Mrs Forrester developing an eye sight problem, which makes driving in the dark impossible.
The move will allow her to work closer to her home.
Both headteachers say they are sad to be leaving their schools, but look forward to working with a new group of children.
