Roads close for cycling event

A number of roads around Douglas are now shut for cycle racing.
Park Avenue, Ballanard Road, Scholag Road, Johnny Watterson's Lane, the Mountain Road from Johnny Watterson's Lane to Glencrutchery Road and Glencrutchery Road are all closed as part of the Commonwealth Youth Games.
Pedestrians will be allowed to cross the roads with the permission of marshals at the event.
The roads will re-open between 12.15 and 1.00, before re-closing until 4.30.
