HMV due to make Bay Festival announcement today

More information on refunds for the Isle of Man Bay Festival is due to be released today.

Ticket agent HMV has been in discussions with the event's promoters, and is due to make an announcement later.

Ticketholders were left out of pocket when the festival was cancelled in May.

The organisers of the event had said they'd issue refunds in July, but their deadline was missed.

HMV's website says it will issue a refund when gigs are cancelled.

However, there have been delays regarding Bay Festival as the funds from ticket sales had already been handed over to the promoters.
