New apartments completed ahead of schedule

The opening of the new phase of Hanover House on Lord Street
A £2.1 million housing project in Douglas is now complete.
The second phase of work at Hanover House apartments in Lord Street is finished.
The work means 12 new two bedroom apartments are now available to public sector housing tenants in Lower Douglas.
Douglas Council says priority will be given to those with restricted mobility or health problems.
The project has been completed 13 weeks early and within budget.
