Bookings up for MGP

The number of motorbikes due to come to the Island for Manx Grand Prix is up according to Steam Packet Company figures.
The ferry operator says motorcycle bookings are up by 12% for the fortnight.
Van bookings are up by 2% whilst passengers are up 4%.
The first practice for this year's Grand Prix gets underway on Saturday evening.
