Library offers e-book service

Henry Bloom Noble Library
E-books can now be borrowed from Henry Bloom Noble Library in Douglas following a £7,500 investment from the Council.
The library has around 600 digital novels available for download.
They can be downloaded from the library's website, and are already attracting new members to the facility.
Residents of Douglas, Lonan, Braddan and Santon can use the service for free, whilst an annual fee applies for the rest of the Island.
