Marine Lab redevelopment may be finished by next summer

It's hoped the contract to redevelop the Port Erin Marine Laboratory will be signed off in the next few weeks.
Shipping magazine company Seabreezes Publications have been chosen by the Department of Infrastructure as the preferred developer.
Subject to planning, it's hoped the project will be finished by next summer.
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne is pleased the plans are moving forward.[play audio file below]
