Red tape to be cut from Manx company law

It's hoped a review into the Island's Company Law will cut red tape.
The Department of Economic Development is supporting a review into the law and insolvency legislation by the Treasury.
The DED says the updates will see obstacles to doing business on the Island eliminated, whilst ensuring the Isle of Man continues to meet international obligations.
The Department says some aspects of the law were outdated or unworkable.
