Bay Festival ticket holders await refunds

Organiser Jonathon Irving said refunds would be made on or before 29th July
People who bought tickets for the Isle of Man Bay Festival will be waiting to see if they get their refunds by the end of this week, as promised.
When the festival went bust, organiser Jonathon Irving told customers they'll have their money back on or before this Friday.
In an interview in June, Mr Irving admitted this was dependent on assets being disposed of.
People who're waiting for refunds have told Energy FM News they've heard nothing yet.
A number of listeners have told us they've written several letters and haven't had a reply or a refund.
