Summer advice from first aid charity

St John Ambulance Isle of Man is issuing advice on staying safe in the sun.
The charity is warning of the increased risk of heatstroke, dehydration and sunburn over the warmer months
The advice says many heat related illnesses can be easily prevented by drinking plenty of water and avoiding alcohol.
St John Ambulance says knowing a little first aid before heading into the sun can help prevent such illnesses
