Hundreds of pounds worth of damage to Saxo

Around £700 worth of damage has been caused to a car after vandals walked over it.

The gold Citroen Saxo was parked on Murray's Road in Douglas when the damage occured between 8.00am and 8.30pm on Saturday.

Extensive damage was caused to the bonnet and roof, and the rear spoiler was stamped off, causing the rear windscreen to shatter.

Police say the incident will have happened in broad daylight, and believe there may have been witnesses.
