Tribute paid to retiring MHK

Tynwald has paid tribute to a long serving member as his final sitting came to an end yesterday.
Michael MHK David Cannan is retiring after 29 years in the House of Keys.
Mr Cannan served as Speaker of the House of Keys and Treasury Minister during his time in Tynwald.
Newly elected President Clare Christian led the tribute.
Mr Cannan also spoke at the end of the sitting [play clip]
