Miss Hamo had worked at Noble's Hospital
The locum breast surgeon leaves the Island tomorrow, despite campaigns to keep her on the Island.
Consultant breast surgeon Ishrak Hamo's work will be continued by a general surgeon with an interest in breast care.
Politicians, patients and cancer charities on the Island have campaigned for her post to be conitnued.
Her patients are invited to a leaving party at Douglas Golf Club tomorrow evening.
