Minister to reveal more on further changes to VAT agreement

The Treasury Minister is due to give an update on further possible changes to the VAT sharing arrangement.

Anne Craine will bring the matter to this month's sitting of Tynwald.

It's been revealed that the UK wants to alter the agreement again.

VAT is a major earner for the Isle of Man but in 2009 when the United Kingdom pushed for change, the Island lost over a hundred million pounds in revenue.

There are now fears over how any further changes would affect us.
