Liberal Vannin name Garff candidate

The Liberal Vannin Party has announced a candidate to stand for election in Garff.
Lonan Commissioner Nigel Dobson also stood in the constituency in 2006.
Mr Dobson is one of the founder members of the Liberal Vannin Party
He's only the second candidate to announce he'll be standing for the constituency, along with current Garff representative Steve Rodan
