Ramsey police start move from courthouse

Ramsey Town Hall will be the new home of the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team

The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team has begun its transfer to Ramsey Town Hall.

The public counter remains at Ramsey Courthouse for the next three months.

However, the police have moved to the first floor, as works to convert the courthouse into Ramsey's new post office begin.

Works are also underway at the town hall, to prepare the building for the arrival of the police.

The policing team says there will be no disruption to services during the move
