Tynwald President to stand down

The President of Tynwald Noel Cringle has announced he won't be seeking re-election in July.
Mr Cringle informed his Tynwald colleagues of the decision today.
He says it's been a difficult decision and one taken with a heavy heart.
Mr Cringle held the role of president for 11 years.
