Witness appeal following alleged assault

Police are appealing for witnesses following an alleged assault in Douglas.
The incident occured at around 6.30 on Thursday evening on Ballaquayle Road.
The people involved in the incident had pulled their car to the side of Ballaquayle Road, leaving it in an awkward position for other motorists.
