Commissioner to stand for Keys

Patrick Commissioner David Talbot has announced he'll be standing in September's General Election.
Mr Talbot wants to represent the constituency of Michael.
The Connect2Charity founder lives in the west of the Island, having moved here in 1975.
He stood in last year's Legislative Council election, but was unsuccessful.
