Funds to cover overspend approved in Tynwald

Bemahague School under construction in May last year
Tynwald has approved the additional spending of £6.8 million by capital authorities.
Treasury Minister Anne Craine asked for the funds to be transfered from the Capital Transactions account to cover an overspend in the last financial year.
Some of the overspend is down to projects being brought forward or running ahead of schedule, so funds being required earlier than expected.
The funds include nearly £1.4 million in additional spending at Bemahague School and £1.1 million on the airport runway
